Apple have done their usual trick of producing a great OS manual. It's clear, it's pretty, it's non-scary. But it barely scratches the surface.
The sites I've found about OS X seem hard to navigate. "Tip" articles which get archived, but it's like searching through a huge pile of postit notes. I far prefer the Wiki system. I hope this site takes off :-)
